The new No Label EP, “Musica Eroina”, is a trip inside the mind of the italian producer: the four tracks aim to express through music the emotions that No Label felt during his recent life in North East Italy, where everything (ideas, situations, relationships) seems to be stuck in an infinite loop. In such a context music was the escape route that allowed No Label to find his comfort zone.
The producer wanted to give voice to his thoughts, and he made it through a selection of northern-italian vocal samples from mid 2010s, that he made sing over some clausthrophobic instrumentals with lento violento style rhythms. The music is surrounded by an apathic never-ending venetian rain.
“All the elements of the project are a metaphor. I imagined to put into music one of my classic nocturnal reflections, when I try to collect my thoughts. I sampled the voices of other local artists to express my feelings, I cut and rebuilt them like the pieces of a puzzle, and I built around the samples what I thought was the best soundtrack to represent the emotions I felt in the last years and the environment in which I grew up”

No Label also teamed up with videomaker silviodeiaco to create a video that explores the concept of the project
